Herbert Hoover

Herbert Hoover was the 31st President of the United States from 1929 to 1933. He was a member of the Republican Party, working in political service throughout the early years of the Great Depression. Prior to his presidency, Hoover worked on the Commission for Relief in Belgium, headed the U.S. Food Administration, and served as the third U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
