This print reproduces David Lienemann’s White House photograph of Vice President Joe Biden, made in the West Wing office on January 10, 2013. Lienemann was Biden’s official photographer. The Library of Congress holds the file (2017645542). Biden stands with arms crossed between the American flag and the vice-presidential flag. The White House released the picture that February for the second term.
