NARA holds the digital file (75852863). Reagan wears a dark suit against greenery, a camera portrait issued during the first term, not a painted state picture.
The White House Collection oil listed by the White House Historical Association is Everett Raymond Kinstler’s 1991 canvas, painted after Reagan left office. That Kinstler is not this listing. The 1983 patio photograph is the Photo Office camera portrait of that year. Do not treat the print as the later mansion oil.
